Actually years ago when my oldest daughter was little, she found these at a toy store- the kitchen littles were being discontinued, so she bought a bunch of these - we still have them. My little daughter now is getting more involved with her older sister's Barbie dolls and all the toys she saved - The Kitchen Littles are just that - the are little version's of what you may find in your own kitchen. It seems when we have friends over - even the older kids like to get involved with the younger kids with these toys - They were fun back "in the day" and they still are alot of fun now - However, if you have little babies that love to put stuff in their mouth (DO NOT BUY THIS) - the item are little but not quite as little as POLLY POCKETS :-)

I like this new version of the Kitchen Littles. They are as well made as the original ones. The color scheme is different but that is okay. I like the detail and quality put into these pieces. In my opinion, you are getting a lot of play value for your money with this toy. It is possible to still find something interesting for your kids to play with that does not need batteries or an electric source. Maybe there will be more sets coming soon.
